Computer Support

  1. Download the PC or Mac Version of the Splashtop SOS Support Application
  2. Run the Application from Your Downloads Folder
  3. Give the Technician the 9-Digit Session Code to Start Support
  4. When the Technician Closes the Application, nothing is Left Running on the Computer
  5. You Can Then Delete the Application from Your Downloads Folder
